July 19^th 2008, Saturday from 3:00 til 5:00 pm: Tea Cup Chi Gong

Tea Cup Chi Gong: Tea Cup Chi gong is a fun and exciting Chi Gong that stretches and strengths the entire body. We begin with simple patterns and work up to complex patterns. The workshop will be Saturday July 19^th, 2008 from 3 to 5 pm at Bastrop TaeKwonDo.
